Your Role
- Directly effect business decisions and contribute heavily to the future of our back-end architecture
- Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing products
- Continually offer thought-leadership and dependable execution ability in a high-paced environment characterized by ongoing iteration and product pushes
- Play a key role in product development, help shape direction of project feature sets and system architecture
Requirements
- Ability to build end-to-end web applications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field preferred - or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience building products for fast growing web products
- Strong Object Oriented PHP experience - MVC architecture
- Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
- Able to navigate the command-line in a Linux environment
- Solid understanding of relational databases and excellent working knowledge of SQL
- An active interest in new technologies and development strategies.
Bonus Skills
- Version control (Git, Subversion, etc)
- REST / Web Services
- Linux administration - Multi-server architecture experience a plus!
- Zend Framework
