Senior Project Manager

Portsmouth, NHWe need a Senior Project Manager. If you're the right person, here are the criteria:
- You have at least 3 years experience at an interactive studio or marketing or ad agency
- You're fun and easy-going but driven and willing to go the extra mile on a job
- You understand the interactive space (websites, online applications, etc.) and may not be able to do the work yourself, but can speak about it
- You are able to be cheerful and positive with clients, but also firm and quick on your feet when needed (both with our team and our clients)
- You are organized to the extreme (as in, your make lists about the lists you need to make)
- Schedule planning and resource allocation is something you can do in your sleep (but want to do here!)
- You have some experience with project management software
- If you think you’ll fit in here, great. But we don’t just want you to fit in, we want you to expand our capabilities and our thinking. We want you to take our current process and methods of project management and bring alternatives to the table. If you can improve our workflow without changing our quality, we're open to it. Prove that you're a fun person with an incredible skill set as described above and the job is (probably) yours.
