If you're right for this position, you're among the best designers in the land: enviable Photoshop chops, crazy illustration skills, and a mastery of typography that would make Matthew Carter proud. You move fluidly between software suites. You bleed user experience and information architecture prowess. You prefer to get your hands dirty, rather than just overseeing. You've got a decade of experience under your belt.
You must have:
• 3+ years of proven interactive art direction experience.
• A deep desire to experiment and learn from others.
• Equal parts leadership and humility within our multidisciplinary, collaborative teams.
• An unflappable sense of calm in the face of an intense, creative and fast-paced environment.
• Expert and proven design, typography, interactive skills.
• Agency experience.
Mastery of:
• Design, Motion, Animation (3D a plus).
• Expert Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Video.
• Experience leading designers on multiple projects from concept to launch. • Passion for Pop Culture, Entertainment, Video and Online Gaming, Movies, TV, Art, Design, Technology.
